• Existing circuits and installs must be deemed adequate by AVB Electrical before works start. If the circuit or install is deemed unsafe, immediate advice will be given and this must be rectified before work is started – this will be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated.

If you do not wish for these remedial works to be undertaken to ensure safety of the supply, we will not continue with the planned works and you will be charged by AVB Electrical for works carried out.

• Materials are fully owned by AVB Electrical until invoice is paid in full.

• Normal working hours are 8am-4pm, Monday – Friday unless both parties agree prior
to work commencing. Out of these hours is charged at a higher rate.

• Payment terms are strictly upon completion of work unless outlined differently on your invoice.

• AVB Electrical offers industry leading warranties on workmanship. This is subject to the issue being caused by workmanship standards. Any issues arising from third party damage, water ingress or wildlife damage are not covered by AVB Electrical’s 10 year warranty. Any warranties provided by the manufacturers will be passed onto the client.

• Quotes given are estimates and not fixed, prices may increase if additional works occur when arrived on site, customer will be informed of any required extras before work commences.

• Quotes are valid for a one week period due to inflation of material prices, unless stated otherwise on your Quotation.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure permission and authorisation is gained from the building owner prior to any work being carried out. Should this not be possible upon arrival AVB Electrical reserves the right to charge for the loss of the day.
